1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BlueGrid WiFi services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

BlueGrid provides wireless internet access through WiFi hotspots. We offer various subscription packages (daily, weekly, and monthly) with different pricing and validity periods.

3. User Registration and Account

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Payment and Billing

  • All prices are in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS)
  • Payment must be made before service activation
  • We accept M-PESA, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, and Halo Pesa
  • No refunds for partially used subscriptions
  • Prices are subject to change with 7 days notice

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Important: We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or unavailability.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or content distribution
  • Hacking, spreading malware, or network attacks
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Accessing restricted or unauthorized content
  • Reselling or sharing your connection without permission
  • Activities that degrade network performance for others

7. Bandwidth and Fair Usage

While we offer unlimited browsing, we reserve the right to implement fair usage policies to ensure quality service for all users. Excessive usage that impacts other users may result in temporary speed reduction or account suspension.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent activities
  • Your usage negatively impacts our network
  • You provide false information

9. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BlueGrid services are owned by BlueGrid Networks and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

BlueGrid Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BlueGrid Networks harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
