How do I connect to BlueGrid WiFi?

Simply select "BlueGrid_5G" or "Fast Net 5G" from your WiFi list, enter the password when prompted, and you'll be automatically redirected to our payment portal where you can choose a package.
What are the available packages and prices?

We offer three packages: Daily (TZS 1,000 for 24 hours), Weekly (TZS 5,000 for 7 days), and Monthly (TZS 20,000 for 30 days). All packages include unlimited browsing and high-speed internet.
Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Tanzanian mobile money services including M-PESA, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, and Halo Pesa. Payment is processed instantly.
What happens when my time expires?

When your subscription expires, you'll be automatically disconnected and redirected to the payment portal where you can purchase a new package. You'll also see a countdown timer showing your remaining time.
Can I get a refund if I don't use all my time?

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds for partially used subscriptions. We recommend choosing the package that best fits your needs.
Is there a data limit on unlimited packages?

Our packages offer unlimited browsing. However, we maintain a fair usage policy to ensure quality service for all users. Excessive usage that impacts other users may result in temporary speed reduction.
Can I use the service on multiple devices?

Each payment is tied to a specific device MAC address. To use multiple devices simultaneously, you'll need separate subscriptions for each device.
What if I'm having connection problems?

First, try disconnecting and reconnecting to the WiFi. If problems persist, restart your device. If you still have issues, contact our support team via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
How do I check my remaining time?

Once connected and subscribed, you can view your remaining time on the dashboard. The system also displays a countdown timer showing exactly how much time you have left.
Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all payments are processed through secure mobile money gateways. We don't store your payment credentials. Your transaction is protected by bank-level encryption.
